Horrible Controls

Never played the game before and was looking forward to it on my iPhone and iPad, but the controls are horrible! Why would any developer create a control system like this(virtual D pad) when Cave has showed time and time again how to do a SHUMP on touchscreen devices(and many other developers now). Digital Reality please change your control scheme and dont waste peoples money on sloppy ports!
